The Power Hinge Series
The heavy-duty, super quiet Power Hinges are manufactured with double ball bearings, each pivoting on a solid stainless steel shaft. They are designed for indusrial applications such as high traffic condominiums and heavy wrought iron or alumninum gates. Power Hinges are not only a safer alternative to vonventional square hinges, they also last longer, perform better, install easier, and are competitively priced. The Power Wheel Series
The steel wheels are manufactured by a computer controlled lathe machine and made from solid, cold rolled steel. These wheels are designed for high traffic commercial sliding gate track applications. They can be used on heavy gates and neer require any maintenance (there are no grease fittings). Power wheels are 30% more efficient in torque transfer from wheels to operator than other wheels such as cast iron or plastic. The choice for your high traffic gates is simple.

V-Wheels
V-Wheels are used in slide gate applications that utilize an inverted "V" type track. The v-wheels are ideal for replacement purposes, or in applications where custom wheel mounting is utilized.

Tandem v-wheel assemblies are ideal for heavy gates. The pivoting bracket and tandem arrangement of the wheels allows the total weight of the gate to be evenly distributed across a larger portion of the v-track.
